100% Cabernet Franc from the Sheldrake Point Vineyard on the West side of Cayuga Lake and the Wagner Vineyard on the East side Seneca Lake. The clonal selection of Cab Franc is from the Loire Valley and the style of the wine is influenced by the Loire. The wine was aged in seasoned French oak for six months before bottled with minimal filtration.
