Cabernet Sauvignon

While most of the Cabernet Sauvignon in Mendoza is planted in the High Mendoza River region, this comes from the Valle de Uco region. The cooler climate enables Luminis to achieve grapes with good acidity, proper maturity and great expression of fruit. Only about 5% of the wine goes through new French oak for 12 months. This is an elegant, lighter style Cabernet Sauvignon.
