Hops, hops and more hops describes this bold Double IPA. Beginning with strong but clean malt backbone we built the hops of our love for, well hops.With Cascade, Centennial and Columbus making up the majority of our brew day we then added more Cascade and a specila blend of hops from Ales for ALS. Look for light fruit, pine, resin with a wisp of spice.
