Triple dry-hopped with Mosaic, Motueka & Galaxy with over 2-lbs of hops per barrel on the dry-hop alone, Pip Squeak Pilsner is clean, crisp, dry & (hop) resiny with notes of fresh citrus, tropical fruit & tangerine! A complete mash-up of a traditionally brewed Pilsner with a West Coast IPA. We're not sure what to call it, it was once a Pilsner but then we dry-hopped the f*@k out of it!
