Made from a blend of Jonathons, Gold Delicious, Red Delicious, Jonagolds, Idareds, and Fuji apples. Glacial Tills version of the refreshing Mojito. We slightly hop our cider with cascade hops to give a citrus character and use a bountiful addition of fresh mint to make this a summer delight.

A small batch cider from Glacial Till made from a blend of Jonathons, Gold Delicious, Red Delicious, Jonagolds, Idareds, and Fuji apples. This cider is dry hopped using Cascade hops creating lovely tropical and floral aromas. The dry hopping helps us achieve the fresh hop taste and aroma, without causing bitterness. Flavors of citrus and apple with a semi-dry finish.
