James Arthur Vineyard Curveball Cider

This particular cider was created from apples grown right in our own backyard here at James Arthur Vineyards…out there along with our grapevines.   We used 10 different varieties in the blend it’s a special blend of Nebraska grown apples, created just for our cider. The apples were harvested during August and September and processed at Kimmel Orchards in Nebraska City. The juice was then transported back here to JAV where it was fermented, filtered and finessed with Co2.   This particular cider is called Curve Ball…a semi-sweet hard cider.
