If someone were to ask me, "What does Ella hops taste like?" I'd probably just hand them a glass of this and tell them, "This....this is what Ella tastes like." We are just as excited for this as we were the Reissue:Mosaic. The brewery arguments, as always, have already begun over which hops to use next, but first...there's plenty of Reissue: Ella to take down! Spoiler alert...it's delicious!

Columbus and Simcoe hops. One of our more underrated brews, this one caught us by surprise! This is not your classic Red. The pungent, dank, spicy and earthy characteristics of this blend of hops counterbalances the sweeter malts so perfectly. Well balanced, yet the hops stick out like a sore thumb for all of the hopheads!

We tweaked the recipe from Hangman just a touch to make it that much more drinkable! Smooth and malty with just the right hop additions to balance it out without being overly agressive.
