Raw Cider. We continue our partnership with our friends at They’s Orchards with our first 100% raw cider. The apples are picked by hand and pressed into juice about 10 minutes down the road from the brewery. We bring the juice to the brewery in totes to ferment, then cool it to carbonate here at the brewery before the kegs are filled. That’s it, no additives, sulfates, flavorings or sweeteners that most commercially available ciders have. This is cider in its best, purest form. Wonderfully delicious apples turned into one wonderfully dry, crisp, tart delicious cider! They’s Orchards is a 3rd generation family run farm since 1941. They specialize in Cortland, Mackintosh, and Spartan apples. These apples are tree ripened and hand picked. Our blend for Eastcider is 50% mackintosh and 25% of the other two respectively.

As the beer cools from its gentle fermentation we dry hop it with an additional 44# dose of Zythos® hops (known for their pineapple aromas). This unfiltered session IPA is built for a refreshing tropical escape during a warm Wisconsin summer, drink up Green Bay!!

Session IPA, this is an old favorite completely reinvented. We took all the things we loved about the original, i.e. Wisconsin sourced raw materials and put them to work to build this new easy going Session IPA. The style has grown to be a favorite around the brewery, and now it is available year round! This smooth session is built with Honey from our friends at the Big Honey Company in Bellevue, our malted barley and rye from Briess, and hops (100% Centennial) from small family hop farms across Wisconsin. Spicy, piney hop flavors with hints of fruit loops and lavender. Cheers to keeping it local!!
