Eighty-four pounds of Blackberry (Rubus occidentalis) purée co-fermented with wildflower honey and Mission Fig concentrate, we are super excited by this mead. It is simply delicious with layers of rich, dark berries and underlying notes of tobacco and leather. We also layered in some fine oak tannins to give length to the finish.
