Beard and Brau Farmhouse brewery is based on old traditions where each village brewery utilised the available ingredients to brew their regions beer and the brewery was integral to the community.
The Tamborine Farmhouse Brewery captures its own water and uses locally grown malts. The sustainable philosophy of ‘from the land returning to the land’ is integral to the brewery, with world leading water usage.
Waste grain is provided as feed to local livestock and waste water is treated (without chemicals) at the farm and sprayed over the pasture for the four legged lawn mowers.
