Black Vinyl Ale Project

Established in 2014, Black Vinyl Ale Project is a 3.5 bbl brewpub dedicated to creative small batch brewing. Over 250 recipes have been brewed since opening with ranges from 2.5% abv sour blond to a 14.1% 4xipa. Using traditional methods as well as barrel fermentation and aging, Black Vinyl aims to provide a unique spectrum of bold west coast, barrel aged/Fermented beers, sours, historical and international styles for its consumers.
