Our next foray into the world of East Coast IPAs has yet yielded a beauty. The Philibuster, named after our brewer Phil, was originally just a happy accident with an unintentional third dry hopping (because sometimes counting is hard). We've knocked out the third hopping but haven't left any of the flavors behind. Big notes of citrus, in the form of tangerines, are the main attraction in this juicy and hazy beverage. East Coast style straight out of the Rocky Mountains.
