This beer showcases a lesser known, but interesting, hop in the brewing community: Belma. Paired with the infamous “Conan” yeast, the flavor is accentuated with notes of light stone fruit and a silky finish. Expect hints of orange, melon and lots of strawberry jam.

Citrus and Jolly Rancher fruit notes dominate this beer, we used Citra and El Dorado throughout this beer to satisfy any hop heads dreams, but with all that we didn’t forget that an IPA needs to have malt as well. We incorporated Munich malt to add an orange tint and add some back bone to balance the hops

We transformed silky, lucious Sumatran coffee into a delicate, balanced beer, highlighted by hints of chocolate, light roastiness and vanilla. An extra jolt of caffeine extracted from the 15 pounds of beans, purchased from local roasters Rooted Grounds, means there’s no excuse to wake up without Cafe Con Leche in your cup!
Streetside Comedy Of Errors

This is our first “tart” Pale Ale. Kettle soured to 3.55Ph then bittered, flavored and dry-hopped with El Dorado, we added a touch of apricot purée to round out the body. This beer pops with apricot aromas and lemon-lime juice, followed by a similar flavor, and a light, quenching sensation upon first sip. This 5.1% mind bender will not disappoint!

This is our take on a traditional porter, with an ABV of 6.8% this is a stronger version of the porters you are used too. This beer has everything a porter should chocolate, roastiness, with a touch of burnt sugar we just took those characteristics and turned them up to 10.

Streetside L.O.L.

Sometimes things don’t go right in the brewery and this beer was one of those times. This Double IPA is the result of a “happy” (depending on your point of view) accident, we turned the lemons of that day into a dank, tropical fruit bomb with a dry finish. This West Coast-ish DIPA is hopped with Rakau, Citra, and Mosaic. Intense aromas of pine and melon lead the way with citrus, papaya, and a blend of tropical fruit rounding out the flavors. We didn’t forget the malt on this one though, a bready touch from the blend of Pilsner and Pale Malt gives this beer plenty of malt flavor and heft to compliment the intense hopping. This mishap of a beer should warm your belly and bring a smile to your eye, even if it only caused us stress and unhappiness.

Starting with an intense nose of stone fruit, grapefruit and light pineapple, the aroma is rounded out by the citrusy and piney notes from our double dry hop of Simcoe Hops. The flavor leads with a soft pineapple/peach flavor, dank undertones of pine and citrus, finishing with a fluffy, creamy body.

We are getting back to the basics with this pale ale. Showcasing the the three C’s Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade this beer has a floral and citrus hop aroma and flavor with subtle but firm bitterness and a hint of caramel with a solid malt backbone.
Streetside Tea Bags

We took a traditional blonde ale and decided to mess around a bit. Green tea and slight sweetness from the malt and honey are pervasive. If you like iced green tea you will like this beer. The honey we used in Tea Bags is from our friendly local farmer, Josh, at Willow Branch Farm in Broooksville, Kentucky.
Streetside Where's Barb

Intense notes of sweet cherry, silky Ghanaian cocoa nibs, and light milk sugar combine to create a delicious representation of a Black Forest Cake. Tart and sweet notes from real Oregon cherries give a titillating sweetness to a complex and rich beer. Our ode to courageous, albeit backbiting, Barb represents all her best characteristics: red tart cherries for her hair and snappy comebacks and a dark, deep beer for where she met her (spoiler alert!) untimely demise. We hope that this beer allows you to find Barb where she truly belongs – your heart.
