As a tribute to the tireless work of our firefighters and first responders, we brewed this Red Ale with Vanguard hops, flaked Maize, Carafoam, Caramels’ 60 and 120, and 2 Row malts. A portion of the sales of this beer will be used to purchase smoke detectors for the community.
Our yearly unfiltered Double IPA loaded with more whole cone fresh hops than any other beer we brew. Hopped with fresh Sterling, Neo, Galena, then boosted with Nugget and Magnum this juicy Festive ALe is a real mouthful!
An ode to our former brewer Ben, his swan song in a glass is a German Roggen Bier. Loaded with German Rye, Munich, and Pilsner malts then a hint of Hallertau Mittlefruh hops this easy drinking Rye beer is a great send off!
Every year we test out some new ideas and this is no exception. Brewed with Vienna, Wheat, Acidulated, Honey malts and hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Gem hops this down under sweet and sour IPA is rising to the top! We brewed and fermented this ale with over 10 lbs. of dried Kiwis and Bananas to enhance the tropical flavors! 7.6% abv
A kettle soured beer that we intentionally inoculated with acidulated malt to naturally sour the wort. We then boiled, hopped, chilled, fermented the beer to bring you this refreshingly quaffable liquid. Stay tuned for fresh juice infused kegs!
