26° Banh Mi Taco Beer Pairing

Citrus IPA1A - All of the tropical fruit flavor of traditional IPA1A boosted by a special one off citrus addition to bring out the tropical fruits in full force.
Served with Teriyaki Shrimp Banh Mi Taco - bell peppers, red cabbage, grilled pineapple, cilantro and sesame seeds.

Captain Ron Hefeweizen - created using traditional German brewing techniques, Captain Ron Hefeweizen has a Banana forward aroma and taste with a hint of coriander on the finish.
Served with Thai Roasted Pork Loin Banh Mi Taco - carrots, red peppers, cucumbers, bok choy, and sweet Thai basil dressing

MexZiko - Award winning Imperial Stout Ziko's Rage aged on Jalapeño, Vanilla Beans and Cinnamon Sticks. Expect the tasty roast and chocolate from Ziko's Rage with a slight spice on the back end from the additions.
Served with Marinated Grilled Beef Tenderloin Banh Mi Taco - grilled scallions, Thai peppers, bok choy, Thai peppers, and been sprouts with a szechuan drizzle
