In this class for baking enthusiasts, special guest Chef Oechsner will take students on a tour of Vienna and the beloved strudel pastry. He’ll share the tricks and techniques for working with the paper-thin dough and how to prepare the popular, sweet apple strudel along with some other varieties. What a great opportunity to learn from a talented and experienced pastry chef! Lunch will be served.
