The time has come to release our 3rd sour in our Sour Series. Brewed by Barrel Master Peter Perrecone this is the first of the wild ales with Pediococcus. This sour ale was left in its natural state to showcase how amazing sours can be when aged in French oak red wine barrels, 10 months to be exact. This American Sour is a blend of three unique batches, which gives this beer its fine characteristics. It will be available on draft and in bottles at all locations on March 3rd starting at 3pm. Price per bottle $13.00
