Ladies and Gentlemen, are you ready to rumble?!On Friday, March 25th Saugatuck Brewing Company will go toe to toe with Fenn Valley Vineyard in a four-round beer & wine pairing to determine which pairs better with small plates of food.Our very own Megan Pruim will represent the Saugatuck Brewing Company, and Brian Lesperance will be in Fenn Valley Vineyard’s corner. Each round will consist of a small plate of food prepared by our kitchen and paired with a sample of SBC beer and Fenn Valley wine.YOU will VOTE to determine who wins!Here’s a look at the menu.FIRST ROUND | Toast point topped with whipped feta, charred tomato relish and micro greens.
