Beer & Cheese Pairing Experience

Cheese is not just for Wine Lovers

Join us for our Monthly Beer & Cheese Tasting experience. Each month we will feature beers from a North Carolina Craft Brewery and cheese from Ashe County Cheese and from around the world.

We have a unique format that is unlike any pairing you have attended before. We will select 4 cheeses, and 4 Craft Beers. You will be tasting the 4 cheese against all 4 beers (that is a total of 16 portions of cheese and 4 five-ounce pours of Craft Beer). During each tasting we will talk about the beer and the cheese and how well, or not so well they pair. You will be surprised by what you will learn and we promise a great time. What a great way to spend little Friday – why not make it your monthly Date Night.

Advanced tickets are needed so that we can properly prepare. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the Restaurant and the Brew Haus. We wil have a limited number of “at the door” tickets available for $20 for those that decide to join us at the last minute.
