Beer Dinner Vol. 2

Join us for an intimate four course beer dinner in our Barrel Cellar. Curated by chef Adam Schmalz. Limited to only 40 guests. Tickets can be purchased through our website. $60: this includes tax & tip. We will also showcase "Creature of the Black Lagoon" on the big screen during the dinner. This event is 21 and over. Tickets will be required for entry into our Barrel Cellar.

Now For The Menu...
Introduction: "Cocktail Beer" - Huell Melon and Cascade Dry-hoped Potage (Solera Oat Saison)

Course 1: Salmon Tartar - Scottish salmon with capers and preserved lemon, on crostini with lemon emulsion. Paired with The Bruery's "Terreux Beret" (Oak Aged American Wild Ale with Raspberry).

Course 2: Spring Salad - Strawberries, arugula, baby chard, burrata, cherry tomato, and balsamic/herb dressing. Paired with our Peach Bava (Barrel-aged Blend on Peaches).

Course 3: Smoked Scottish Salmon w/ béarnaise sauce, asparagus, and mushroom couscous. Paired with Brouwerij West's Dog Ate My Homework (Blackberry Saison).

Course 4: Blood Orange Tart with Toasted meringue. Paired with our "Using Up All The Galaxy" (West Coast IPA with Galaxy Hops).
