Join us for a multi course dinner served with a craft cocktail and craft beer pairing. 4 course meal plus a welcome appetizer, each served with a beer and craft cocktail pairing.These are always a great time! Welcome Course 7pm sharp - Jalapeno cheese wrapped in a flaky biscuit and bacon. * Cocktail Pairing - #1 A beer cocktail, captain Morgan pineapple, domaine de canton, cider citrus and agave nectar an amalgam of tangy, sweet crisp and refreshing.1st course - Three cheese soup. This soup has layers and layers of great flavor, we start with the basic new Orleans classics of celery, carrots and onions, infuse some beer and then it finishes off as an incredible soup.* Cocktail Pairing - #2 Shady tree vodka, rice sake, jalapeños, bell pepper agave, charred oak, angostura, sake.* Beer Pairing - Abita Amber, voted "Best beer in New Orleans" several years, this caramel colored beer is the perfect beer selection to compliment the three combined cheese2nd course – Tequilla Shrimp cocktailA chefs favorite, combining come classic Mexican spices and ingredients with the classic Mexican liquor. * Cocktail Pairing - #3 Ginger infused Peligroso Tequila, fleur elderflower liquor, ginger agave nectar citrus, cranberry bitters, frozen watermelon ice cube, trechas. This one feels like a warm day at the carnival, eating a nice cold watermelon....Only with tequila. * Beer Pairing - Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, this shandy has a great natural lime flavor and finished refreshing, making it the perfect pairing for this classic dish.3rd Course – Fried Chicken on a bed of perfect mashed potatoes and BBQ Honey green beans, topped in a green pablano sauce. * Cocktail Pairing - #4 Black Tea Infused Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye, lemon tincture, white tea pear Korean style jam bob a tea pearls. A boozy iced tea, pear notes, robust and refreshing* Beer Pairing – Lagunitas Sucks, This beer is a 'cereal medley' of barley, rye, wheat, and oats. Full of complexishness from the 4 grains, then joyously dry-hopped for that big aroma and resinous flavor4th Course – Strawberries Romanoff – a spin on the traditional Ramanoff, strawberry bites combined in cinnamon cool whip and topped with fresh strawberry slices.* Cocktail Pairing - #5 Johnny Walker black, Pimms No. 1, Horchata, Walnut bitters, espresso ice cube. Sweet, creamy and complex, the longer you wait to drink it the more the flavor changes to more mocha character. * Beer Paring – Vanilla Java Porter, this beer combines hints of vanilla, followed by coffee and roasty malts and makes it the perfect finish to a great dessert.
