Beer vs. Wine 4-course Dinner feat. Great Flood Brewery!

Join us at LouVino Highlands as Great Flood's head brewer and LouVino's Sommelier go head to head in pairing the best possible beers and wines in a 4-course dueling dinner. Price: $55/person (tax and gratuity not included).

Each course will feature one wine and one beer and the guests will determine the winner of each course. The brewers and sommelier will discuss why they believe their pairing is the best and will go into details about the beer or wines that they selected.

Due to limited seating, this dinner will be offered during two seatings on this night. Please make your reservations soon as this event will sell out quickly.

MENU RELEASED:
1st Course: Medjool bacon wrapped dates w/ stilton blue cheese and port reduction
2nd Course: Fall caprese w/ grilled apple, roasted butternut squash, apple cider and sorghum reduction, sage pesto and ancient grains
3rd Course: Garey Farm pork tenderloin w/ butternut squash and lima bean hash, Frondosa farm mushrooms, sherry butter sauce
4th Course: Chocolate chip beignets w/ vanilla anglaise
