We have paired a lot of things with beer over the years! However, this time we are joining forces with ZD Wines to have the ultimate pairing showdown. Join us for an evening of delicious fares, perfectly paired with both wine and beer. You decide which pairing you like best.

Your $115 ticket includes a four (4) course menu (vegetarian menu also available) expertly paired with 3oz pours of both wine & beer.

CEVICHE DE ATUN
Ahi tuna served w/orange segments, lime zest, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado oil & honey

Paired with 2017 Rose of Pinot & Stone Tangerine Express IPA

Fried quinoa served w/arugula, radishes, asparagus, pea shoots & balsamic lemon vinaigrette

Paired with 2016 ZD Chardonnay & Winter Harvest

SEAMLESS RAVIOLI
Spent Grain Flower Ravioli made w/ricotta, mushroom, spinach, vegetable demi-glace & red wine caramelized onions

Paired with 2014 ZD Pinot Noir & The Bruery / Stone Fahrt Die Ziege

SPANISH BRAISED SHORT RIB
Served w/broccoli rabe, frisée, sherry shallot vinaigrette, pickled shallots & celery root purée

Paired with Rosa Lee “Sweet Whim” & 2012 Stone Old Guardian Barleywine Aged in Red Wine Barrels
