Bell's Brewery Spotlight & Dinner Pairing

Join us on Wednesday May 3, 2017, as we highlight some special releases from Bell's Brewery with delicious sampler size food pairings.

Beers that we will be showcasing are:

Mars - 10.1% - Notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine, lemon, lime and pineapple are all present in both the aroma and flavor. Hopped at a ratio of about 3.4 pounds of hops per barrel.
- Paired with Tandoori marinated sliced filet and garlic Naan, topped with citrus yogurt sauce.

Two Hearted Ale - 7.0% - Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.
- Paired with curry seared chicken thigh with cucumber raita.

Oberon Ale - 5.8% - A wheat ale fermented with our signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. Made with only 4 ingredients, and without the use of any spices or fruit, Oberon is the color and scent of sunny afternoon.
- Paired with Macadamia encrusted grouper topped with curry sweet coconut.

Third Coast Old Ale - 10.2% - A barley wine with deep amber color, the brandy of ales. This beer has vintage character and will mature in the bottle at cellar temperature for years.

Oarsman Ale - 4.0% - Tart and refreshing, this sessionable, bright Wheat Ale exudes citrus and lemony aromas from Cascade hops and trades sour intensity for finesse. A perfect companion for any occasion, Oarsman Ale is a beer based in tradition, but with that distinctive Bell’s twist.

For the dinner special, customers will have the option of the 3 item sampler of food only or the 3 food items with the 3 coordinated beers.
