Winner Gets “Burger of the Month” on Silvio’s Menu, gets to name the Featured Burger & Wins $100 G/C to Silvio’s.

Guests are invited to participate in the First Ever “Build Your Own Burger” Contest at Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ in Hermosa Beach, CA. Potential contestants can send pictures and recipes of their “BEST BURGER” via Social Media (Facebook @SilviosBBQ, FB Messenger, Twitter @SilviosBBQ, Instagram @SilviosBBQHB #SilviosBBQBYOB), or by email info@silviosbbq.com.

Five (5) local candidates will be chosen and invited to "Build Their Burger" on May 30th at 6pm. Judges will pick the Best Burger and Feature it as the “Burger of the Month” for the following month. Contestants must bring ALL their own ingredients to the contest. Food must be fresh and will be inspected by a Certified Food Handler.
