Here's a little more info on AuCo:
While new to the area, Chef AuCo is not new to food. A recent transplant from the east coast, AuCo trained at various kitchens in New York and New Jersey. She believes eating is an act of community. And food is meant to nourish and bring joy. She has spent her whole life loving to eat and loving just as much to cook for those in her life. She believes in wholesome food--food that is representative of the folks eating it, that warms them and fuels them, and brings them happiness.
