Take the night off 'cause drinks, dinner, and dessert are taken care of for you!
Chef Scott Zrust (whose burger creation was #1 on Eater Charleston’s 14 Most Essential Burgers), will be preparing two delicious sliders that will be perfectly paired with two craft beers for Charleston Beer Week.
Slider #1: Cracked pepper goat cheese mayo, crispy country ham, bibb lettuce brushed with a light basil vinaigrette paired with the watermelon mint sour.
Slider #2: Bulls Bay bourbon barrel smoked sea salt tomato jam, charred shishito and boursin cheese paired with our peach habanero IPA.
Dessert will be an ice cream float including homemade Madagascar vanilla bean ice cream with our Reese'ding Tide chocolate and peanut butter brown ale poured on top. Garnished with a floater of chilled peanut butter whipped cream and shaved peanut butter cup. Yum!
