Join us for our "Whole Mommies" Discussion Sessions in October, with licensed midwife Lauren French Hoy. Lauren shares her knowledge and understanding on how to ensure a healthy pregnancy, as well as in nurturing yourself during and after childbirth. Discussion are 30-45 minutes, followed by a Q & A.

About Lauren:
Lauren French Hoy is the founder of madreluzLA. She is a certified professional, licensed midwife, childbirth educator, wholebirth prenatal and postpartum yoga instructor, birth and postpartum doula. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business from University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters in Science in Midwifery from Bastyr University. I also completed a traditional midwifery program, Luna Llena, in Oaxaca, Mexico.
