FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

In order to consume alcoholic beverages you must be 21 years of age or older. Patrons under 21 years of age are welcome to attend the event to enjoy the entertainment and food options.

How does the token system work?

While admission to the event is free, there is a cost to partake in the festival food and beverage menu. Items are individually priced according to a printed menu that will be provided on the day of the event. The Big Dog’s token system is used for purchasing festival items. Tokens are $1 each and must be purchased prior to the event or from the Big Dog’s token booth on the day of the event. In addition, a Big Dog’s Dogtober 2016 souvenir pint glass is required for festival beer purchases.

We encourage festival goers to purchase one of our packages to minimize token booth lines and make the most of the festival day experience. In addition, each package saves the purchaser money vs. buying each of the items individually. Packages are available online (through 10/28/16) and onsite.

Tokens are valued at $1 each and sold on-site on the day of the event. Glasses are $5 each.

Tokens are also valid inside Big Dog's Draft House on Saturday, October 29, 2016 for restaurant purchases.

Unused tokens are not refundable but may be used at future Big Dog's festival events.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Big Dog's Draft House is located on an approximately 5 acre parcel with on-site parking for 250 vehicles. Additional parking may be available within walking distance of the event. The festival event is expected to draw a crowd of 1000-2000 people throughout the event. We encourage car pooling.

Public transportation is available with a stop right at the location of the event. Consult http://www.rtcsnv.com/ for more information on bus routes #106 and #219.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you purchase a ticket and give it to someone else, we are good with that. Each ticket is printed with a one-time use bar code which will be scanned upon arrival at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring a printed copy of the ticket or you can bring your smart phone with the ticket confirmation. Both will have a one-time bar code which will be scanned upon arrival at the event.

What is the refund policy?

There are no full or partial refunds for any reason. There are no rain checks.
