Eureka Heights Beer Dinner

Its been too long since we held a beer dinner. We partnered up with Eureka Heights Brew Co & Chef Matt Keller to create an awesome 5 course meal, accompanied with 5 great beers.

General Admission Ticket - $75

Course #1 - Gulf Coast Crudo with coriander-pickled local Vegetables. Pairing: Mostly Harmless Kolsch

Course #2 - Marinated Persimmons, herbs, feta cheese, Texas pecan vinaigrette Pairing: Buckle Bunny Cream Ale

Course #3 - ESB glazed pork loin with savory fig bread pudding. Pairing: Wicket Awesome ESB (Extra Special Bitter)

Course #4 - Moo Caliente Duck Mole with poblano gigantes. Pairing: Nuke the Whales BA Imperial Milk Stout

Course #5 - Orange Blossom cakes with seared peaches and pepper honey. Pairing: Space Train IPA (Cask)
