Founders Winter Beer Dinner

Warm up with us this January 30th with five winter-inspired dishes paired with five amazing Founders beers. We are so excited to welcome back chef Vince Brink who has thoroughly impressed us all in our past beer dinners. If you haven't had Vince's food before, don't miss out on this dinner!

In addition to amazing food, we will be serving some very special Founders beers.
- 2015 Kentucky Breakfast Stout is a big stout made with coffee and vanilla and aged for over a year in bourbon barrels, then cellared for more than a year.
- Lizard of Koz is a brand new beer from Founders and their last barrel aged release of 2016. A bold imperial stout brewed with blueberries, chocolate, and vanilla then aged in bourbon barrels.
- Frootwood is Founders first barrel aged release of 2017 and the first ever under their new "Barrel Aged Series" moniker. A light cherry ale that they age in oak barrels that have previously held both bourbon and maple syrup.

Clyde from Founders will be in the house to talk about the beers.
