This week: Sahara Prade.

Sahara is a multifaceted entertainer, hailing from Akron, Ohio. Her voice has been compared to singing greats such as Erykah Badu and Lauryn Hill! With an energetic stage presence, a sweet, as well as raspy, vocal undertone and an eclectic collection of songs; Miss Sahara is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Sahara started singing before she could talk and soon after, began taking tap, jazz, ballet, modern and african dance classes; as well as piano, guitar, drum, voice and acting lessons. After attending a performing arts middle school and high school, Sahara attended Akron University, with a major in Theater Performance. Sahara has performed with, written for and/or recorded with artists such as Damien Marley, Etana, Bun B, Yukmouth, Beenie Man and many more. Currently, Sahara is making a living as an international performer, a high school music and art teacher and she is busy recording her first ever album, with Major Scale.
