Join Ale House for a special evening showcasing a three year vintage of Ratio Beerworks' Genius Wizard Russian Imperial Stout. Come enjoy a vertical tasting of 15', 16', and 2017 vintages of Ratio's dark brooding stout and see how this beast evolves over time.

Since Ratio’s inception, Genius Wizard was destined to become the stuff of legends. This hefty Imperial Stout is brewed with copious amounts of base malt, specialty grains with the addition of molasses, then barrel-aged for 12 months to produce subtle sweet vanilla and oak forward flavors. This big bad barrel-aged beast will warm your bones conjuring rich chocolate rye and molasses notes, while rounding out with a smooth viscous, roasty finish. One of the first beers brewed at Ratio and now the centerpiece of our winter seasonal lineup, Genius Wizard brandishes its might, weighing in at a bold 12%.
