Wednesday, May 24th, we bring you four fireside courses of paired craft beer pours accompany camp-inspired dishes that will leave you feeling full(y) inspired.

With rustic favorites from our kitchen and GRB brew swag goodies, this is one beer dinner you don't want to miss...

This special beer dinner features our friends from Good River Beer in a four course setting that is camp, craft, and community inspired.

First - Frank n Beans, Elk sausage and Fava bean skewers paired with Gunny Black Lager

Second - Pan Seared Trout with corn and potatoes served camp-style paired with Class V Double IPA

Third - 7x Ranch Wagyu Back Rib with Ale BBQ Sauce (I don't really know what all that means except that it's a big ass rib with BBQ sauce) paired with River Dog Brown Ale

Fourth - "Smores" Ganache covered graham marshmallow cookies paired with Fu Fighter Belgian Golden Strong

An additional portion of dinner proceeds to benefit the ongoing Colorado River conservation efforts carried out through the sale of every GRB beer.

Tickets are $45 per person, or $80 for a pair, with limited seating available. Please note gratuity is not included.
