Join us for an interesting, unique and fresh beer and food pairing in the Banquet Hall at SBC! Our chefs have created several gourmet “snacks” to pair with SBC Beers! Your ticket includes a welcome pint of our famous Neapolitan Milk Stout plus four rounds of delicious beer and food pairing!

Tickets are $30.00 for general admission.

Round 1: Bar Snack Trio with Reverent Monk
The snacks | Bacon fat popcorn dusted with cheddar and parmesan, spicy roasted beer nuts and a pickled deviled egg.
The beer | Reverent Monk – Our esteemed Belgian Tripel; notoriously alcoholic with a sweet body and rich, intricate flavors. (10.0% ABV)

Round 2: Crispy Bloomin’ Onion with Bonfire Brown
The snack | Beer battered yellow onion drizzled with a stout reduction and sided with malt vinegar aioli.
The beer | Bonfire Brown – A classic American Brown Ale with just a hint of smoke. (5.5% ABV)

Round 3: Southern Buffalo Chicken Slider with Singapore IPA
The snack | Sweet tea marinated chicken thigh grilled and dipped in a brown butter tabasco sauce; served on a house baked slider bun with pimento cheese and bread & butter pickles.
The beer | Singapore IPA – Our flagship IPA with a hearty malt backbone and earthy, bitter, powerful hops. (7.0% ABV)

Round 4: Orange Klondike Bar with Serrano Pepper Ale
The snack | Orange Serrano sugar cookie ice cream with an orange marmalade swirl then dipped in dark chocolate.
The beer | Serrano Pepper Ale – An Amber Ale brewed with fresh Serrano peppers. (6.5% ABV)
