1st - Round 2 Semi-Finals - 2 bands battle it out
6th - Round 3 Semi-Finals - 2 bands battle it out


8th - Finals - 3 bands battle it out for the money!


Registration

Bands must register before Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 by 9:00pm.
The sooner a band registers, the more votes they can get before deadline.

Bands will submit a:
• Band Logo
• Video Clip or video link
• Brief bio of band and members



Choosing of the Bands
Bands video and bio will be posted online via online form for voting by the fans on who they want to see battle it out via Iggy’s Online Facebook Poll.
Fan voting will begin on: Tuesday, January 11th at noon.
Fan voting will end on: Tuesday, January 23rd at noon.
The top 12 bands with the highest percentage of votes will be given slots.
The top 12 bands will be notified via phone, text, or email by Monday, January 23rd by 9pm.
Bands that do not make the cut will not be notified.
The band with the most votes will have their choice of position; second most – second choice, etc.


Night of Competition
The first band of each night will be set up and ready to play at 7pm.
Each band will play a one (1) hour set.
i.e. Band #1 will play from 7pm – 8pm. Band #2 will play from 9pm-10pm
There will be a one (1) hour intermission as Band #1 breaks down and Band #2 sets up.
Iggy’s Grill & Bar will supply the following:
• 2 Bottom End Speakers
• 2 Top End Speakers
• 1 - 16 Channel Mackie Mixer
• 3 Monitors
• 1 Drum Monitor
• Microphones and Stands

Bands must bring their own instruments such as:
• Guitars
• Drums
• Keyboard
• Lighting
• etc.

Finals Night
Each band will play for 45 minutes.
• Band 1= 6:00pm – 7:00pm
• Band 2 = 7:45pm – 8:45pm
• Band 3 = 9:30pm – 1030pm


Judging
During regular and semifinal rounds only.
• Fans will vote via Iggy’s Facebook page:

• Voting will begin sharply at 7pm
• Live updates can be seen by fans instantaneously!
• At 10pm the voting will close.
• The band with the highest percentage at 10pm will win the night’s battle.
• NO votes after 10:30pm will be counted.
• Online voting during the night’s event will be displayed on Iggy’s Facebook page and displayed on television monitors.
• All voting will be live and up to date. (see sample below)



Judging during FINALS!
• FINALS will be judged by crowd only.
• 3 bands will compete for the prize money.
• NO online voting available
• Guest will be given 1 token to vote for their favorite band
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by the band that received the most votes throughout the event!


Legal Representation
I attest that I am the legal representative for the Band. I agree that any, photo and any information may be used for media and marketing efforts to include but not limited to; direct mail, radio, TV, social media and websites.


Creative Materials:
1. All songs performed by the Artist during the contest, attributed to the artists in any media, or used while the band is participating in the contest (original and/or cover songs) are referred to herein collectively as the “Creative Materials.”
2. Creative Materials as defined by these official rules will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, or defame or invade the publicity or privacy rights, of any third party, living or deceased.
3. Creative Materials may not contain “sampling” from other songs, music, sound effects, or any other elements in which the Artists do not have the necessary rights to, title and interest, including copyright.
4. Creative Materials and band names must be kept in line with Iggy’s Grill & Bar positive image. Iggy’s Grill & Bar has absolute discretion, without limitation, to determine if Creative Materials or Artists names contain offensive or defamatory items.
5. If any such material is present, the Artist will be disqualified.


General Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest.
2. All participants must be seventeen (17) years of age or older.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-replaceable.
4. Iggy’s Grill & Bar team members are not eligible to participate.
5. All applicable federal and state taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. The interpretation of rules and eligibility are the sole discretion of Iggy’s Grill & Bar.
7. Iggy’s Grill & Bar reserves the right to modify this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to all applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s prize previously won.
8. A list with the winner’s names, rules and any associated documents or electronic files (if applicable) will be retained for 30 days in order to resolve any disputes.
9. Participants cannot win more than once.
10. Winners must show their valid picture identification.
11. All winners must complete a W9 to receive their prize payout.
12. A complete list of winners will be posted at the conclusion of event.
13. Rules will be posted electronically online at www.iggysgrill.com
14. Participants must be present to win.
15. No band, band member or any person affiliated with the band shall engage in, or encourage, any solicitation for votes or favorable scores from judges by offering prizes, gifts, products, services or any other type of incentive (monetary or non-monetary). Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification of the band.
16. Artists agree that their name, photo and any information may be used for media and marketing efforts to include but not limited to; direct mail, radio, TV, social media and websites.
