Ryes of Baron Nahem Beer Launch with Right Proper!

Jack Rose Dining Saloon

May 17, 5:00p.m. - 9:00p.m.

Join us to launch (and taste) release #5 of our six-part "Ryes of DC" barrel-aged beer series! Because we love rare beer + iconic rye whiskeys, we sent Right Proper Brewing Company one of our freshly-dumped Willett 3-year rye barrels, so they could age their Baron Corvo biere de garde for 10 months. And alas, the "Ryes of Baron Nahem" (named after our beer director Nahem Simon) was born! Right Proper head brewer Nathan Zeender describes it as “notes of bourbon-soaked cherries with a bright acidity, notes of figs while malt-driven, finishing bone dry.” So yeah, we're excited. We'll be pouring the limited-edition beer for $2 off and discounting other Right Proper brews (Being There, Soused, Astral Weeks, White Bicycles, Baron Corvo, Teeth of Lions Rule the Divine, and Songlines) for the night. We'll see you on the sunny rooftop terrace at 5pm!
