The Swamp Burger 1/2 lb cajun seasoned patty top with apple wood smoked bacon, honey baked ham, grilled onions, , pepper jack cheese, covered in louisiana hot sauce, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle ranch. $10 any Draft beer either the Ivan or the one time special Swamp Burger Bourbon Street Stout is an Imperial Stout that is aged in Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrels. Our Imperial Stout is brewed with a combination of pale, caramel, chocolate and roasted malts. Oats are also added to give the beer a fuller and sweeter taste. The roasted malts give the beer its dark color as well as its intense flavor and aroma. After fermentation the beer is cold aged for 6 weeks. This is necessary for all of the flavors of the malt and hops to balance and produce a very smooth flavor. After the cold aging the beer is transferred into the bourbon barrels. It is then aged for another 8 weeks to absorb all of the flavors from the barrels. The result is a strong stout that brings out the roasted flavors from the malt and the warming toasted, vanilla, and bourbon flavors from the barrels.

Echoes- ABV: 9.4% In August of 2012 we collaborated with The Mayor of Old Town to create the strong Belgian Style Dubbel, Son of Nothing. Just before we released Son of Nothing in late 2012, we filled 4 red wine barrels with the dark and delicious beer. Son of Nothing found its home in these barrels until November 8, 2013 when we carefully sampled and blended all 4 barrels to produce Echoes. Echoes has a playful blend of beer souring organisms and yeasts that the base beer, Son of Nothing, did not have. Echoes pours a dark chocolate color with aromas of dark fruit, chocolate and red wine. A slight sour aroma will guide you into the wonderfully tart fruit and chocolate flavors that are complimented by a dry finish. Nelson Sauvin ABV: 7.7%Named after a distinctive New Zealand hop, this single-hop saison has a subtle aroma of white grapes and a hint of spice from our house saison yeast. An addition of Muscat grape must during the boil plays in to the fruit aromas from the hops and contributes to the dry finish. This dry and refreshing saison pairs perfectly with a nice handlebar mustache for Movember!Barrel Aged Quad: 11.5% ABVOur Belgian-style Quadrupel, which was inspired by the Trappist breweries of Belgium, sat in oak bourbon barrels for 8 months to allow the unique flavors of oak and bourbon from the barrels to meld with our base beer. A spicy oak aroma leads to flavors of caramel and malt balanced by fruit notes from our house yeast strain. Hints of bourbon and a slight alcohol warmth lead to a dry finish that makes this the perfect beer to enjoy on a cold winter evening.

Black Hole is what Mikkeller is all about. Daring, vulgar and extreme. From the very beginning Mikkeller’s goal has been to push the limit and with this warming, intense imperial stout, a new chapter in the Danish beer history has been written. The high bitterness from the hops and the sweetness from the malt and alcohol, creates a good balance which makes Black Hole an explosion of nuances, but also leaves a feeling of a perfect and complex beer in the heavyweight category.

So for Year 17, we threw in a whole new dimension to our shtick – we built our very own brewery! After 17 years of contract brewing, our first Shmaltz Clifton Park batch emerged 17 months after the first draft of the business plan. Coincidence? Renaissance means “Re-birth” in French & Italian. In Buddhism, the concept does not truly translate as “reincarnation” but instead as “becoming,” or a “stream of consciousness.” 11 syllables structure a haiku. Shakespeare penned 17 comedies. In The Simpsons episode “Duffness” Homer sings “When I was 17″ about buying his first beer with a fake I.D. “I drank some very good beer. I stayed up listening to Queen, When I was 17.” In The Office, Dwight recites Rule 17 that all Schrute boys must learn: “Don’t turn your back on bears, men you have wronged, or the dominant turkey during mating season.” Knowledge and growth come in many forms. It is taught that Nirvana is only attained when the soul transcends cycles of rebirth. Looks like Shmaltz just isn’t there yet. The Attic Quarterly Crab Boil Beer List Odell Brewing Core/Seasonal Offerings Lugene-If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown "Aggie" roots.8.5% ABV Wolf Picker-Named in honor of the hop growing community and the harvesting equipment many use, Wolf Picker is an experimental American Style Pale Ale brewed two experimental hop varieties. The malt profile produces a light golden straw hue and a clean crisp finish that allows the hop back and dry hopping additions to shine. Featuring ADHA (American Dwarf Hop Association) # 881 and HBC (Hop Breeding Company) # 366, they give the beer an intense complex hop character and aroma filled with notes of lemon, fresh basil, and tropical fruit.5.5% ABV Myrcenary-Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.9.3% ABV Mountain Standard-Mountain Standard Double Black IPA showcases the homegrown hops our brewers helped pick from farms along Colorado’s western slope. MST pours committingly dark with a light brown head and a slightly roasted hoppy nose. An ephemeral bitterness, the result of combining roasted malts with an assertive American hop profile, contributes to MST’s act of balance and harmony within nature or your glass. As the season’s darkness sets in why shouldn’t your beer become darker as well?9.5% ABV 5 Barrel Pale Ale-Care for some hops with your hops? Before we ferment our 5 Barrel Pale Ale, we strain it through a bed of 'em. Then while it ages, we add even more. We like how this gives the beer a fresh, lively finish. We like hops. As we go about refining the recipe for each new beer, we brew up just five barrels at a time. That's exactly how we arrived at this pale ale -- so that's what we named it. Plus, it sounded a lot nicer than Giant Vat Pale Ale.5.3 % ABV IPA-Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!7.0% ABV Run Off Red IPA-This time of year in the Rockies, one day can span all four seasons. Morning snow gives way to afternoon sun, sending fresh snowmelt into our rivers and into our mash tun. With a complex malt backbone dry hopped for notes of citrus and pine, it’s almost as surprising as the season itself.6.6% ABV Well Spring Dry Hopped Saison-Inspired by our small-batch pilot system, the Roots Release series honors our experimental brewing roots and invites you to sample some of our favorites. Slightly hoppier than the classic Saison, this debut is crisp with notes of lemon pepper, banana, and stone fruit.6.6% ABV Odell Brewing Pilot System Offerings-Extremely Rare Udder Cherry-Barrel Aged Milk Stout with Fresh Cherries8.7% ABV Cherry Oh!-This was brewed with our friends from the Westword for their annual awards ceremony. We wanted something that would stand out a little bit but still be approachable. Brewed with Cherry wood smoked malts and copious amounts of rolled oats, providing a hint of sweet smokiness and a creamy mouth feel.6.2% ABV CBG Baltic Porter-A blend of both Munich and Bohemian lager yeast strains were used for this Baltic Porter. The mouth feel is full bodied with a clean lager finish. Subtle hints of chocolate and coffee are present to the nose with low amounts of roasty bitterness on the pallet.5.9% ABV Dark Passenger-This dark sour ale brings forth a combination of flavors. Upfront, the nose resembles light chocolate and coffee roast with a touch of acidity. On the pallet a touch of chocolate covered lemon intially hits, followed by tart, sour and acidic characteristics. A blend of Lactobacillus and wild yeast were used to age this unique brew.6.0% ABV Kapoba-A milk stout that represents its name well. This dark beer with its ruby highlights greets you with a wonderful aroma of milky chocolate. A bouquet of dark malts creates a luscious blend of chocolate and roast that dances across your palate. The beer leaves you with a delicate milky finish that leaves you craving for more. Moo moo, good.5.7% ABV Wooden Tusk-Wild IPA aged on oak7.0% ABV WOB POG-A light ale brewed with friends from World of Beer in the AZ. We "dry Hopped" with a number of different trpoical fruits. A blend of mango, papaya, pineapple, peaches and oranges totaling 50 lbs give this beer a nice tropical fruit nose. Low IBU's so the fruits would shine through this beer is very drinkable and refreshing.5.4% ABV Tote’s McOats-This beer is an oatmeal cookie winter warmer. Deep amber color with notes of cinnamon and brown sugar. This beer warms the soul and brings back memories of fresh baked oatmeal cookies right out of the oven.7.1% ABV Odell Brewing Cellar Series Offerings Fernet Porter-Over the past year, we’ve collected empty Fernet Barrels from our friends at Leopold Bros. Distillery. Their distinct Fernet includes lavender, honeysuckle, ginger root, bitter aloe, dandelion root, rose petals, chamomile, and pepper. Inspired by the herb & spice flavors of this dark minty liqueur, we promptly filled the barrels with a rich porter. The roasty chocolate malt character is infused with hints of mint and licorice from the herb-soaked oak, creating a decadent flavor and aroma. 9.8% ABV Friek-Kriek lambic blended from three different aged kriek beers up to 2 years old. Aged in Woodcut barrels6.5% ABV Celastrina-Named after a little blue butterfly found living on wild hops along the Front Range of Colorado. Delicate hint of banana and clove-like flavor, typical of a traditional saison, that flutter with a subtle spice character derived only from the hops used.7.5% ABV Tree Shaker-Colorado...we really love your peaches, wanna shake your tree! Tree Shaker Imperial IPA was brewed with 3000 pounds of pureed Colorado peaches. The bright citrus hop character and subtle fruity sweetness will get your feet tapping and your taste buds dancing.9.9% ABV

The name of two intricate Belgian-style ales, created by us, Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River Brewing and Adam Avery of Avery Brewing. After becoming friends a few years ago, we realized we both had a Salvation in our lineups. Was it going to be a problem? Should one of us relinquish the name rights? “Hell, no!” we said. In fact, it was quickly decided that we should blend the brews to catch the best qualities of each and create an even more complex and rich libation. In April 2004, in a top secret meeting at Russian River Brewing (well, actually it was packed in the pub and many were looking over our shoulders wondering what the hell was going on), we came up with the perfect blend of the two Salvations.Natalie, Vinnie’s much more significant other, exclaimed, “We should call this Collaboration, not Litigation Ale!” “Perfect,” we shouted! We celebrated deep into the night (or is that morning?). Fast forward to November 14, 2006. After talking about it for over two years, we finally decided to pull the trigger and Vinnie made the journey to Avery Brewing to brew his Salvation exactly as he does in his brewery.

Speakeasy Ales & Lagers presents Scarface - A complicated brew – behind its fiercely black exterior is a mélange of subtly different roasted malt flavors that add nuance and depth to a style of beer that is too often heavy and one dimensional. To add a bit of roundness to the flavor we diverted about 20% of the brew into our Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, one of which we topped up with cacao nibs from our friends at local San Francisco organic chocolate makers, TCHO, for a period of oak-aging before blending it back into the primary batch. This is a special beer that reveals a little something different about itself every sip.
