This pop-up event will span two nights and will feature an exciting menu of Japanese bar food, delicious Ramen, and several specialty imported Japanese beers designed to match the menu. Due to the nature of pop-up restaurants, reservations will be required for this event. Seating is limited and is broken up into two seatings per evening. Served with hand made noodles, pork belly, pickled vegetables, soft boiled egg, and topped with charred garlic oil.-Miso-Tonkotsu- A rich pork and chicken broth, mixed with light and creamy miso broth. Served with hand made noodles, shitake and enoki mushrooms, soft boiled egg, corn and butter pat.CHICKEN KARRAGEJapanese fried chicken, served with a soy caramel and spicy wasabi aioli.TSUKEMONOJapanese pickled vegetables, with crispy sesame topping.YAKITORIA variety of skewers of chicken and vegetables cooked over Japanese coals. Options include Tsukune(chicken meatballs), chicken breast with scallions, glazed chicken thigh, chicken wing, shishito pepper, and shitake mushroom OKONOMIYAKIJapanese savory pancake, cooked with shredded vegetables, chicken, shrimp and bacon. Topped with Bonito flakes, sweet sauce and kewpie mayo.TAKOYAKIRound creamy bread bites filled with tender octopus, pickled ginger, and crispy tempura flakes.
