Lange Twins Wine Dinner

Join us for our next Dinner. Winery Owners Randall and Charlene Lange will be the hosts that evening. Randy will introduce the wines with each course and share some of the Lange family story. We also like to play games at the wine dinner and we will have some LangeTwins giveaways that evening.Five course food menu plus the following featured wines. Lange Twins Estate Sauv BlancA refreshing wine opening with a combination of tropical, citrus and floral notes. The palate is greeted with crisp and clean Meyer lemon flavors and as a Musqué clone, layers of tropical fruit mingle nicely with the bright citrus notes.Lange Twins Estate CabThe youthful deep red Cabernet Sauvignon has a vibrant cherry aroma that gives way to a pleasant fresh cherry fruit flavor. Integrated oak from sixteen months in predominately French oak barrels adds a layer of warm spice, creating a well-balanced wine with nice tannins and good structure.Lange Twins Midnight ReserveBarrel aged in French and American oak, our Midnight Reserve is a full bodied Bordeaux blend that opens with aromas of cedar spice, cherry and berry notes. On the palate, currants and cassis come together with developed tannins that complete this elegant wine. This vintage has great aging potential. 38% Cabernet. 31% Petit Verdot. 25% Malbec. 6% MerlotCaricature Red BlendOur Red Blend unites Cabernet Sauvignon and Old Vine Zinfandel to create a spectacular wine! The Cabernet offers aromas and flavors of bright cherry fruit. Once on the palate, classic notes of ripe dark berry from the Old Vine Zinfandel meld with oak aging. This delightfully-jammy wine finishes with prominent fruit flavors and spice.Caricature ZinThis wine unifies a variety of our Old Vine Zinfandel vineyards to create a wine bolder than ever! Full of enticing brambleberry and toasty oak aromas, this ripe expression of fruit is carried through to the palate. The intense berry flavors have an underlying black tea spice that is framed by smooth tannins and a luscious mouthfeel. Overall, it is a particularly fresh and jammy fruit forward Zinfandel bursting with character.
