Chicago-based acoustic cover artist Cary Kanno incorporates a loop sampler to layer guitar parts, and a vocal harmonizer to add vocal harmonies, resulting in a much fuller sound. He also plays ukulele and harmonica, which adds some variety into his sets. He has a cover song library of over 600 songs, ranging from the 1950s to present day.
Kanno, who sometimes goes by "CPK," has been playing music for two decades. His music has been featured on NBC's "The Voice," and he has opened for numerous national performing artists, including Rusted Root, John Mayer, Poi Dog Pondering, and The Rza.
