Live Music: Laura Joy

Laura Joy's upbeat brand of acoustic pop draws comparisons ranging from Joni Mitchell to Natalie Merchant. Laura’s percussive finger picking and buoyant voice have graced audiences from as far as the Sun Belt to the streets of Manhattan. Her song "Takes A While," was voted Best Song of 2015 on NPR WDCB's Folk Festival show.

Joining her for this show at Red Arrow Tap Room will be lead guitarist Dave Gallagher. The performance will consist of popular cover songs from the '70s to today, as well as Laura's own original music.
