The "LOVE WINS" Memorial WOD will be held at CrossFit Fort Pierce located at 2901 US Highway 1, Fort Pierce. The phone number is 772-532-0569.

Sailfish Brewery is hosting the after party, starting at 5pm!

Registration for the event will begin at 9:00 am and the WOD will go from 10:00 am till 11:30 pm. We hope to have everything in place to begin the after party at noon.

WOD is a partner workout. Workload split as necessary.

16 KB Swings
49 wall balls
68 double unders (mod level 2/1 lateral jumps)
STANDARDS (no gender bias) Partners do the same weights.

WB-20 lb. WB-14 lbs. WB- 10 lbs.
