Our yummy taste of a Bavarian Schnitzel plate includes thinly sliced pork loin, hand pounded and breaded with pan fried Spaetzle, braised red cabbage with bacon and warm apples.

This German-style ale originated in Kologne. It is light, crisp, refreshing and a little sweet.
