March Brewers Dinner!

Join Head Brewer Paul Pearson and Chef Rick Mullins for a memorable evening of food and drink in our barrel room. This is our opportunity to push the limits of your expectations and provide a delightful culinary experience for all who attend. In honor of Leavenworth Biers' 25th Anniversary, we are celebrating German cuisine and featuring Leavenworth Biers with each dish:
• Salad- endive, cabbage , apple, butterkase, caramelized onion vinaigrette.
• Starter- Sauerbraten – toast point, sour cream, chive potato spread
• Roast Pheasant with white sauce, spaetzle, wilted greens
• Sorbet- apricot
• Dessert- Black Forest Cake
