What's better than some delicious bacon that has been wet-cured in our tasty beers??? Nothing!!
This time around Matt has made 2 delicious pairings:
1st Bacon was wet-cured with our Grapefruit IPA and made with
-Fresh Tarragon
-Fresh Mint Leaves
-Cinnamon
-Orange Blossum Honey
& Kosher Salt
The 2nd Bacon was wet-cured in Barrel Aged Imperial Coffee Stout and made with
-More Bourbon
-Maple Syrup
-Brown Sugar
-Cayenne Pepper
& Kosher Salt
If tha wasn't enough to grab your attention we are also releasing a new beer!! "Every Gose Has Its Thorn" is a refreshing, tart, 5.8% Blueberry Gose! Its only a small batch so it wont last long! See you all on Thursday! Cheers!
