Mother Earth's flagship brew offers a golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. This Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. M.E. uses a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla.

Spring 2017 – Dry Hopped Saison Ale Brewed with Kumquats
Mother Earth collaborated with one of craft beer’s most revered brewers of Belgian and fruit-based specialty beers, The Bruery. In addition to a respectable hop schedule, and traditional French origin yeast, the breweries also added 200lbs of pureed kumquats. That’s a pound and a half per barrel.

11.7% ABV 68.9 IBU
Barrel aged specialty stout. A solid roasty backbone, full body, and absolute velvet finish round with hints of nutty toffee and chocolate. The barrels impart fantastic oak and vanilla characteristics, and a muted hop aroma allows the caramel to shine.
