Cosmic Flotsam is here! The new hop method is lupulin dust achieved by freezing hops in liquid nitrogen, smashing them, and using the "hop dust" rather than the traditional whole cone or pellitized hop. They also boil at a lower temperature than normal (180 degrees instead of 210) to preserve the hop oil and aroma to carry over during fermentaion. Denali and Mandarina are the prominent hop varieties. Also on tap will be London Homesick Ale and Luchesa Lager.
