Open WOD 18.5: Presented by In The Loop Brewing!

Open athletes come participate in our final "Friday Night Lights" event! We will run heats and pair you up with judges (we will ask all athletes to assist with judging). This will be a fun, competitive, and supportive environment to complete the last 2018 Open event!!

Not doing the Open, you're still welcome come on out and help cheer on those doing the workout!
