Love Oysters and Beer? Join Craft Beer Cellar and The New World Tavern for a guided Oyster and Beer pairing course. 6 oysters paired with 6 beer samples. You can expect to learn about how ocean temps and location influence the taste and composition of the oyster. We will also discuss how particular beers compliment or contrast with the oyster to make for the perfect pairing.
